- Polyethylene (PE) has a low dielectric constant and good crystallizing ability and at the same time is easy to process, inexpensive and extensively applicable. - PE foam, due to its even, independent, air-bubble structure, is water repellent and has excellent restorability. It is also light, rigid and impact-resistant.
